Q. What is the difference between a 'care package' and a 'gift basket'?

A. Our care packages ship out in the box you see on the product page, usually our Happy Mail 10x8x4 mailer box. They are designed to generate anticipation and excitement as soon as your recipient sees the box! Most of our holiday and seasonal food gifts are care packages, and will also ship in the box you see. Our gift baskets, usually gable gift boxes decorated with bows and ribbon, will be placed in a standard shipping box before leaving our warehouse on their way to make your recipient's day!

Q. How do I place an advance order?

A. You may select 'Hold for Future Delivery' and choose the date you want your gift to be delivered from the calendar before adding the pack to your cart.

Q. Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?

A. Unfortunately, this is not possible at this time.

Q. How do I add my personal gift message?

A. You may add your personal gift message on the product page, just before you add a pack to your shopping cart. Add On Items are not eligible for individual gift messages because they are included within packs.

Q. How do I check the status of an order?

A. Log into your account using your email address and password Select Account at the top of any page and your order history will be visible. You can click on any order for more details.

Q. How can I track my order?

A. Tracking information will be available in your account by end-of-the-day the date your pack is shipped. You will also receive tracking notifications from the shipping carrier at the email address provided when you placed the order.

Q. When will my order be delivered?

A. Usually within one week of placing the order, but frequently sooner. Orders ship via UPS and USPS Priority Mail within one business day from our warehouse in Boerne, Texas. If an order is received after 12pm CST, it ships the following business day. During checkout, we offer a variety of expedited shipping options. Q. When should I send a Beyond Bookmarks Care Package?

A. BB Care Packs encourage, support and motivate at any time of the year. Particularly stressful times include the first week of camp or school (homesickness!), mid-semester exams, final exams, and family holidays and birthdays spent away from home. Packs are also great for celebrations…completion of a big project or paper, acing an exam, winning an award, and, of course, graduation!

Q. Do you have a healthy college care package?

A. Yes - many, including gluten free and nut free options! Please use the filtering options at the top of the product categories to see our healthier choices.

Q. Do you guarantee your Packs?

A. Yes! Please refer to our Returns Policy for more info.

Q. Can I cancel my Care Package Club order before all the Packs have been delivered?

A. Yes, you can. However, we will regard the orders previously shipped as normal, full price orders. You will only be refunded the original total less the full pack cost for each pack that has already shipped. Care Package Club plans are designed to offer a bulk discount on the purchase of multiple packs. Sold individually, the Packs range in price.
